Every effort has been made to include information in this course that will answer any questions you may have about the process and procedure when selecting a Route for pipeline or utility line right of way.

Our goal is to provide the best academic and vocational training available for all aspects of Right of Way Route Development for the petroleum and energy related industries for experienced Right of Way Agents, Team Leaders or Managers.

The skill set necessary to acquire Rights-of-Way Routes is the same whether you are working in the oil and gas industry, public utilities, wind energy, solar energy, oil & natural gas pipelines, highways & roads or wireless telecommunications.

For the purpose of this course we will focus on acquiring Right Of Way Routes for oil & natural gas pipelines.

We have assembled information which will be helpful for those currently working as an experienced Right Of Way Agent, Manager or Team Leader who wants to become qualified to selecting a route as part of this vital profession.

It is our goal that after taking this course you will have a solid understanding of right of way route  development, route planning using Google Earth, appraisal district data, surface title ownership research, plat maps and their importance to the success of selecting a route for a project.
